Keren Gefen (Amuta 580590636), 44 Yehuda Street, German Colony, Jerusalem, runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

People come to us at a private and painful time. We treat what you tell us accordingly.

What we collect

Directly from you, when you choose to give it:

• Your name, email, phone, and whatever you write in a message when you use a contact form

• Which programs you're interested in, when you fill in the join form

• Booking details, when you reserve a session

• Payment details, when you pay a participation fee or donate. These go to our payment provider, not to us — we never see or store your full card number.

Automatically, through the Wix platform and our analytics:

• IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location

• Cookies, described below

Sensitive information

Your interest in fertility support says something about your health. Under Israeli law that counts as especially sensitive data, and we handle it that way. We don't publish it, we don't sell it, and we don't share it beyond the people who need it to run the program you asked about. Why we use it

• To get back to you and match you with the right program

• To manage bookings, sessions and participation fees

• To issue donation receipts and meet our reporting obligations as an amuta

• To send updates, if you asked for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we honour it.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

• Wix, which hosts this site and runs our forms and bookings

• Our payment and donation processors, including JGIVE and PEF Israel Endowment Funds for donations made through them

• Our facilitators and therapists, and only for the participants in their own program

• Anyone we're legally required to give it to

Some of these providers store data outside Israel. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual data protection commitments.

Cookies

Cookies keep the site working — remembering your language choice, keeping you signed in — and help us see which pages people actually use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may stop working properly.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us for, plus whatever period the law requires for financial and donation records. If you ask us to delete something and there's no legal reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's wrong, and ask us to delete it. Write to info@kerengefen.org and we'll respond.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, write to us and we'll remove it.

Changes

If our practices change, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
